It was a runaway best seller and got rave reviews…but hold on for just one second here;

At the end of the day all that means is that it had a ton of affiliates promoting the product…

Before I buy any product I always ask myself what the persons track record has been like in the past….

Was Google Cash Sniper a good product?

By all accounts yes – (I can’t give you an opinion as I didn’t buy the product – how many other marketers will tell you that?) but I digress…

So anyway Chris got bucket loads of positive feedback on the IM forums and although many more experienced internet marketers didn’t think it was exactly ground-breaking…the testimonials seemed to back up the quality and effectiveness of the product…note that I said seemed…I can’t say one way or the other not having bought or used it.

Now I do have Google Terminator and I have to take my hat off to Chris Fox, although he’s not teaching totally new info (I already knew how to do what he’s telling you inside GT)….he certainly teaches it in a way that is super easy to understand and implement….

He really does go all out in his effort to take you by the hand and lead you through some fairly complicated yet crucial ground…

So what exactly is the Google Terminator strategy?

As I said – I have access to the product so I’m not just going to spout a bunch of rubbish to you….I will take you through it in detail so you can make an informed choice yourself about whether or not its for you….but in essence it’s a distilled version of part of the Google Cash Sniper…

But be warned – I’m not going to hold anything back here or pull any punches. What follows is my honest advice based on many years experience as an internet marketer.

So what do you get?

Basically – GT (I’m getting really tired of typing out Google Terminator each time – so GT for short comes in three parts:

Half a dozen short yet detailed training videos, PDF manuals which are clear and concise…so you have something in your hands to refer back to every step of the way…and all the templates and cheat-sheets you need to implement this system quickly…

Looks pretty exciting doesn’t it – well keep your shirt on – these pics are just for show – the information is in digital format so you won’t be getting any huge package in the mail or anything. This is a good example of making less look like a whole lot more. Sells a lot of product but you’re a savvy buyer and I’m sure you aren’t taken in by all the glitter and hype.

Now that you’ve got a rough idea of the contents inside Google Terminator – here’s what Chris says you WON’T NEED to know in order to use this system successfully;

Now On To The Good, The Bad And The Ugly….

Well let’s dive right in to the UGLY – here’s what I don’t like;

The actual strategy is somewhat dated – I know I learned this same basic method from George Brown, in fact, it came as fast-start bonus with Goerge’s Google Sniper so the info is most certainly not new.

Of course Google Terminator makes a lot of sense to me – but that’s because I already know it can be done successfully from my own experience. And compared to the first instruction I came across which explained this method…I’d say that Chris has certainly taken the technique to a higher level. GT leaves pretty much no stone unturned so it could work really well for you…

But here’s the big problem with GT if you don’t have much experience – particularly if you aren’t experienced in putting together a website…

You need lots of lead time to implement this strategy effectively – and – because of the nature of the internet marketing business – it’s not easy to get this preliminary information far enough ahead of time to get your ducks in a row…see everyone is getting the information about the latest product launches from the same 2 sources…

So unless you have an IM buddy who lets you know about his or her latest release weeks ahead of time you end up competing with a bunch of people that are all promoting the same thing – and let me tell you – that means you actually do need to know a whole lot about internet marketing to make this work for you.

Now I’m quite sure lots of experienced internet marketers will argue that point and Chris does tell you in Google Terminator that you need 2 weeks but I thought the best way to prove the point would be to execute the strategy as instructed and see what results I got.

Now – just in case you don’t know…I’ve been doing SEO (search engine optimization) for myself and select clients since 1999 so I know the odd thing about it. Anyway I set up a site called googleterminator-bonus.com (the site you’re on right now btw) and proceeded to see if I could follow Chris’ outline…

The results – pretty dismal I’m afraid…and I certainly do know a number of tricks that you probably aren’t aware of so I can usually get results a lot faster than most. Bottom line – it hasn’t worked very well for me so far (although with a week still to go until GT launches officially on November 27, 2009 – 12 Noon sharp – the jury on my final results is still out – I may get there yet …more importantly – I can tell you exactly why it’s not working.

See as I just mentioned – every time someone in the IM industry launches a new product a bunch of people jump on board to promote it. Now – some of those people have huge mailing lists so for them the whole thrust of Google Terminator is totally unnecessary…all they have to do is send an email to their list on launch day (well OK to be fair they usually send a couple of pre-launch type messages too) and hey – presto – sales start happening.

But the whole premise of Google Terminator is that an inexperienced newbie with no list and no industry contacts can get a huge payday by following Chris’ instructions – and all this within a couple of weeks.

Well I hate to be the one to burst your bubble but if I can’t make it work – there’s not much hope of anyone new being able to do it – and I’m not trying to blow my own horn here – just stating facts.

Now in all fairness to Chris Fox – the theory he teaches in GT makes total sense – but the problem is that after George Brown’s recent Google Sniper release a ton of people have gotten their hands on his bonus report just like I did and now whammo – way too much competition to make this work unless you have weeks of lead time.

To gain that advantage you have to know about upcoming product launches way before all the other internet marketers find out – and that’s darn near impossible unless as I said you’ve already developed relationships with at least a handful of successful marketers who will give you that inside track way more than just a couple of weeks ahead of their planned launch dates.

See what’s happened here is that both George Brown (huge mailing list) and Chris Fox (also huge mailing list) have let this particular cat out of the bag so now competition is fierce among those already using the same basic strategy – and that’s exactly why my promotion flopped.

Now I’ll admit I was a tad late out of the starting gate with my Google Terminator promotion (I simply had too many other projects on the go) but let me repeat, I already know how to get sites ranked quickly and if the strategy really worked I should have been able to do it successfully even with only 10 days lead time…

Having said that…I did discover a new way of building a functional – great looking website much faster than my old way of doing it…and the resource Chris shares with you offers a lot more functionality and simplicity when it comes to the whole web design question.

In my opinion the video instruction inside Google Terminator are high quality and Chris Fox is a great instructor. Oh and I also came across a really PRETTY LINK that leads you to a tool that does much more than make – well – cool links

The PDF cheat sheets Chris provides back up the video instructions really well so with by combining these two components you’ll know exactly how to;

Buy and Register a Domain Name

Find a reliable web host

DNS your new domain to your web host

Install and configure your new website; and

Write effective content that’s the glue that makes the whole thing work

And one of the best parts to my mind is that you definitely don’t need to know HTML or any of that technical stuff so even if you didn’t actually use the strategy Chris is teaching in Google Terminator there’s a lot of good information that will show you the basics of getting a great site up and running that is structured very well from an SEO viewpoint.

GT is worth the quite reasonable asking price just for that info alone.

So what else didn’t I like?

As I intimated earlier – I thought the sales letter and the pics of the whole Google Terminator package made it look and sound a lot bigger than it actually is – BUT – the truth is – it’s exactly as big as it needs to be. Anything else would just be filler and fluff. Everything you need to know to use this method is included.

So once again – no need for a pile of useless bonuses in my opinion

I also know that Chris is adding an extra component – something he mysteriously refers to as the “Google Frenzy System”…you won’t find any mention of it on the sales page so don’t waste your time looking…I only know because I’m on the inside of Google Terminator…but just a heads up that there’s probably going to be more to Google Terminator then meets the eye…

However, I’m sure by now you’ll get that I don’t think there’s anything truly revolutionary in Google Terminator – as I said I’ve been using a similar method successfully for quite some time and even my older way of doing it works very well for me. However, it’s definitely much easier to be successful with this or any IM tactic if you have relationships with other marketers already – and I do – so even my self-proclaimed ‘flop’ – my Google Terminator campaign – has been turned into something profitable but you may not be able to replicate my success.

What Google Terminator really offers is a simple, method that if you follow Chris’ instructions to the letter is going to show you an easy way to set up an effective website. So if you have been struggling with the whole internet money/work from home on the internet thing for 6 months or more and have yet to see any return on your investment into your internet marketing education – this may be exactly what you need.

Quite simply because you’ll actually understand it….and therefore be way more inclined to take massive action and end up with a great looking, fully functional website.

So if you’re totally new to internet marketing – buying Google Terminator solely for the step by step instruction that will show you how to get your fully optimized website up in a day or two is a good idea but I’d strongly advise you to forget about using the rest of the strategy. And configuring a website and actually structuring one semantically are not the same thing at all. Chris does not tell you how to do anything other than get the site organized and live – the content he’s talking about is only relevant to GT.

Bottom line for newbies I really like the website instruction Chris provides. He does a hell of a job cutting the amount of time spent to get your sites up.

I don’t know about you but I’ve bought numerous BIG internet marketing or affiliate training programs and well the biggest problem for me is finding enough time to wade through all the content. I mean the information is great and probably works very well but who has weeks to spend watching videos or going buggy-eyed reading 300 page PDF’s. I certainly don’t. That certainly is not the case with GT. I went through the info in a couple of hours.

On to my thoughts on GT for the more experienced marketer…

If you’re already making money online – Google Terminator may or not be for you. If what you’re already doing works really well…I’d suggest you just keep right on doing it and forget about this additional income stream. But if you have the experience, the connections and or the time or money to outsource the work and would like the odd big cash payday here and there – this may be well worth your time (and money).

If that’s you – read on – Google Terminator may help you to turbo charge your income efforts…

You can use this method practically on demand…as it involves promoting other people’s products. Let’s face it – if you’re signed up to more than one internet marketers mailing list – you know there’s literally a ton of stuff being promoted all year long – usually by a dozen or so people at the same time.

A couple of words of warning however… first go back and read my what I said above about the saturation of the method – even for an experienced marketer – lead time makes all the difference to the success of promotions using GT.

Second, I strongly advise you not to get too carried away. When you do this once and you see how well it can work (given that you’ve made absolutely sure you have enough lead time) – the temptation is going to be pretty strong to start flogging every product launch you get wind of.

Please don’t make that mistake…because the truth is that if your goal is to have a real online business – and experience long-term success – your main aim should be to build a list of loyal subscribers who trust you. It’s way easier to market truly great products and services that actually help your subscribers work more effectively and enjoy more success than it is to keep trying to get new customers all the time…besides if you try to run too many product launch promotions at the same time – you’ll get overwhelmed and throw in the towel…then you’ll have wasted both your time and money.

Stick to promoting good stuff!

So the basic aim of Google Terminator is to provide you with the training and support needed to implement one simple method that done right could lead to a 4-figure business…I hesitate to say 5 figure because that would require building relationships both with your own database of customers (your list) – and developing strong relationships with other marketers that sell either really good quality and/or higher priced internet marketing training, tools and services…the choice is yours whether to expand or keep it simple – work way less and be happy with a few thousand a month and have more time to enjoy life…or go for the big time.

Whatever you do – don’t buy into the sales hype, because no one way of making money online is the be all and end all solution and Google Terminator is no different.

It won’t be easy to do unless you’re totally willing to commit to mastering the technique before moving on to other things. However if you follow what Chris says, use the tools & resources he provides in Google Terminator then I do believe you could definitely grow a 4 figure a month business pretty quickly. But for 5 figures it will take you quite a bit longer.

So I’m definitely not saying it can’t be done, I’m just saying 5 figures is not a realistic a goal right off the bat….

Aside – Now is about the time I should be dazzling you with income statements from some fabulously successful promotion but again I’m not going to insult your intelligence. You know as well as I do that screenshots can easily be faked as can the dozens of testimonials sprinkled throughout every sales letter (not saying these claims ARE fake – but many are)

So here’s a couple of Chris’ screenshots instead…I’ll leave it to you to decide how ‘real’ you think these are.

As you can see these earnings are not actually groundbreaking or totally unbelievable like a lot of the other super fake earnings you see where people claim they’re earning thousands a day from Google Terminator yet they have never actually promoted or sold anything online before in their life.

From my personal experience of following the methods expanded on in Google Terminator – my best payday so far has been $4000 in 5 days. But please realize that did not include the couple of days it took me to set the whole promotion up and create the content that makes it work – so let’s say $4,000 in 7 days would be more accurate. Still pretty good coin in my book…particularly if you have the resources and someone else to manage campaigns/create sites and content…

But I’m not here to lie to you.

When I say earning 4 figures a month is realistic – I mean you’ve actually got to be able to position your site at the top of Google for it to work. It may not happen the first time you try. It really does come down to knowing the method and having sufficient lead time to get that top ranking…and no it doesn’t mean you have to be an experienced SEO…

To get to five figures a month using the GT strategy would be much harder.

In closing – please do yourself a favor, all sales letters are designed to be “hypey” and enticing so don’t buy it expecting to be making five figures a month within the next 30 days.
